Fundamental changes in the Czech limited liability Company (s.r.o.) are usually agreed at the General Meeting or by the owner, alternatively by all members. In some cases of company modification, the company’s documents will have to be updated. Any changes to the Incorporation Deed/ Memorandum of Association will have to be done in the form of notarial deed.
Once the company’s representative decides about the change, this has to be concluded in the form of a deed and it is necessary to submit the application to register this change in the Companies House Commercial Register. This can be arranged by a notary shortly after the decision has been made.
Some changes, e.g. a change in the company’s registered office address, must also be announced to the Trade Licensing Office and Tax Office, possibly also to other authorities.
If you don’t want to waste your time by dealing with all the company’s changes, just pass it all to us. In Ofigo we proceed fast and professionally. Within one week all the requested changes will be arranged.
Send us a message and we will get back to you.
